Sid, there was still suprisingly lots of snow on the mountains...June is still quite cold but apparently it can still be there even in August, and especially on the highest peaks. Some of the high trails near Lake Louise were still closed due to snow. Imagine it in winter!
Wasn't it summer in Canada? And there was snow on the mountains? Weird.
